ck233 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

• "Platform" means the ck233 website at https://ck233.io, its subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and all services and features accessible through those properties.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the Platform, through which all gaming, betting, and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated balance held within a Player's ck233 Account, funded through approved deposit methods.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other incentive balances credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a Bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "Eligible Payment Method" means any deposit or withdrawal channel approved by ck233, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank.
• "Prohibited Player" means any person who is under 21 years of age, is excluded from the Platform by self-exclusion or administrative action, or is accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" or "BST" means UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh, used for all time-sensitive Platform operations including settlement deadlines and promotional periods.

By completing the ck233 Account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation checkbox, or by otherwise accessing or using any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered Players, and any other persons who interact with the Platform in any manner. Acceptance is effective from the date you first access or register on the Platform, whichever is earlier.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a corporate entity or any third party, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity or party to this Agreement. ck233 does not recognise corporate or third-party Account ownership; all Accounts must be registered and used by natural persons in their own name.

Use of the ck233 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform as a natural person in your own legal name and for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any administrative account restriction imposed by ck233.
• You must not have been previously suspended or permanently excluded from the Platform for any breach of these Terms.
• You must have the full legal capacity under applicable law to enter into a binding agreement of this nature.

ck233 reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any stage of the registration or Account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ck233 will result in temporary suspension of Account access until verification is complete.

To access the full range of ck233 services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making financial transactions, you must create a registered Account. The following rules govern the Account registration process:

• Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the ck233 Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details — must be accurate, complete, and truthful. ck233 reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time.
• You must provide a valid, active mobile number registered in your own name. This number will be used for security verification, transaction confirmations, and two-factor authentication.
• You must create a strong, unique password for your Account. ck233 recommends a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numerals, and special characters of at least ten (10) characters in length.
• You agree not to register on behalf of any other person, or to allow any other person to use your Account credentials.

ck233 reserves the right to decline any Account registration application without providing a reason, and to close or merge Accounts where duplicate registrations are identified.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ck233 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ck233 will never contact you to request your password via any channel.

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not disclose them to any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to add an additional layer of protection to your Account.
• Notify ck233 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

All ck233 Platform communications and data transmissions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. ck233 employs automated fraud-detection systems that monitor login patterns and flag unusual access behaviour for review.

All financial transactions on the ck233 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following terms govern deposits made to your ck233 Wallet:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the Platform's cashier section.
• Approved deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. ck233 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is registered to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and funds being returned to the source account.
• ck233 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which ck233 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposited funds are credited to your ck233 Wallet immediately upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. In rare cases of payment gateway delays, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
• All deposits are subject to anti-money-laundering (AML) verification. ck233 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit it deems necessary to investigate.

By depositing funds on the ck233 Platform, you confirm that the funds are derived from lawful sources and that you are not using the Platform for any money-laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose.

Subject to these Terms, Players may request withdrawal of real-money funds from their ck233 Wallet to an Eligible Payment Method registered in their own name. The following terms apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction and daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Platform's cashier section.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a method previously verified by ck233 in the Player's name. This policy is in place to prevent financial fraud.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days.
• Prior to the processing of any withdrawal, ck233 may require the Player to complete identity verification (KYC). Players are advised to complete KYC at the time of registration to avoid delays at the withdrawal stage.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted after all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Any attempt to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the Bonus Funds being forfeited.
• ck233 reserves the right to delay, hold, or refuse a withdrawal request where it suspects fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where the Account is under investigation.

ck233 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, free spins, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational Players only. ck233 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus where it suspects abuse, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 10x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Specific promotion pages will display the exact wagering requirement applicable to each offer.
• Bonus Funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within your Wallet. Real-money funds are used before Bonus Funds in all wagers unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired, unused Bonus Funds will be automatically removed from your Wallet without notice.
• A Player may only claim each promotion once per Account, per household address, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• ck233 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any such change does not affect Bonus Funds already credited and being actively wagered by a Player.
• Bonuses credited in error — including technical errors, payment processing failures, or manual processing mistakes — may be reclaimed by ck233 at any time, and any winnings derived from erroneously credited bonuses may be voided.

All bets placed and games played on the ck233 Platform are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules for individual products — including cricket betting markets, live casino tables, and slot titles — are available within each game or market interface.

• All bets are final once confirmed. ck233 does not accept requests to cancel, void, or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where an obvious error has occurred on ck233's part.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary by product, Player account tier, and time of day.
• In the event of a technical fault, system outage, or communication failure that interrupts the completion of a game round or bet settlement, ck233 will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with its technical incident policy. Players will be notified of the outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck233 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent exclusion, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Operating more than one Account on the Platform, including via aliases, family members, or third parties.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or system errors in a manner not intended by ck233. Any Player who identifies an error must report it to support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Conducting, facilitating, or participating in any form of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, payment fraud, or financial crime using the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymisation technology in order to circumvent geographic, account, or verification restrictions.
• Threatening, abusing, harassing, or engaging in offensive behaviour toward any ck233 employee, support agent, or other Player.
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your ck233 Account or Account balance to any third party.

ck233 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming features, all of which are available at no charge from the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit caps to control spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary break from the Platform of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, activatable instantly.
• Self-Exclusion: A minimum six-month full access lock, available on request to [email protected].

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without the prior written consent of ck233.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform or its underlying software.
• Use any ck233 trademark, brand name, logo, or trade dress in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by ck233.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application without ck233's express prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property may result in Account termination and may give rise to legal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck233, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, device damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if ck233 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ck233's total aggregate liability to any Player for any direct loss or damage arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ck233 makes no warranty or representation that:

• The Platform will be available without interruption, error, or omission at all times.
• Any defect or error in the Platform software will be corrected within a specific timeframe.
• The Platform or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

ck233 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect Player rights or obligations — ck233 will notify registered Players via a Platform notification or email to the address registered on their Account, providing at least seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

For minor amendments — including clarifications, typographical corrections, or updates that do not materially affect Player rights — ck233 may update these Terms with immediate effect and without prior notice.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into effect. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and ck233, the following resolution process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: The Player must first contact ck233 support at [email protected] with a clear description of the dispute, the amounts involved, and the resolution sought. ck233 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to resolve the matter within ten (10) business days.
2. Escalated Review: If the dispute remains unresolved after the informal stage, the Player may request an escalated review by ck233's compliance team. The compliance team will review the matter independently and provide a written determination within twenty (20) business days.
3. Final Determination: ck233's written determination at the escalated review stage is considered final and binding on both parties for operational purposes, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded by contract under applicable law.
